The Prairie Centre Area North Stars boys hockey team made the long trip north to Detroit Lakes tonight to face a solid Lakers squad in a game of Section 6A teams. The North Stars lost 4-2 to fall to 1-2 on the season.
Prairie Centre won't have much time to regroup, as they make a trip south to Litchfield tomorrow (Friday, Dec. 10) to take on the Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato Dragons. L/D-C is 3-0 on the season, with wins over Redwood Valley (7-1), Morris/Benson Area (9-3), and River Lakes (7-2).
