North Stars get first win

Prairie Centre Area defeated Class 2A Becker/Big Lake in non-conference boys' hockey action on Saturday in a 7-3 outcome. Both teams left the Princeton Arena with a 1-3 record after the game. Up next: a border battle, section match up and Mid-State Conference clash on Tuesday (Dec. 10) in Long Prairie against Wadena-Deer Creek. The Wolverines are 2-2 overall and 0-0 in the Mid-State Conference.
