Sauk Centre's Morgan Kranz shot a 46 and a 47 on her first day at the Class 2A state girls' golf meet in Jordan. She's in a four-way tie for 53rd place out of 88 golfers in the field.
Carter Kranz had a stellar first day in the Class 2A state boys' golf meet, shooting a 41 and a 34 for a score of 75, landing him in a two-way tie for 18th place out of 87 golfers in the field.
