Just over three minutes into the second quarter, Mainstreeters trail 13-7 against BOLD

Terrance Ellis grabbed a 73-yard touchdown strike to cut into a 13-0 deficit with 8:41 left in the second quarter. The radio announcers I was listening to from Olivia were in awe at the speed of Ellis, who outran the BOLD defender and sped down the sideline for the score.

BOLD jumped in front by two touchdowns, the second coming with 9:03 on the clock in the second quarter on a five-yard rush by Remillard.

**With just over five minutes to go in the first half, the BOLD Warriors had gone up 20-7.

On their next series, the Mainstreeters had picked up a couple first downs after starting from their own 37 yard line.

**With 5:15 left in the first half, Sauk Centre's Roosevelt Austin grabbed a shovel pass from Patrick Knoblauch and ran it in for a touchdown. The PAT kick was good to make it 20-14.

There's hope!
