At halftime, Sauk Centre has a 30-22 lead over Litchfield in the Section 6AA girls' basketball championship game at St. Cloud State University.
And with 16 minutes left in the game, Kali Peschel knocked down a three-pointer for Sauk Centre's second bucket of the second half. That bucket made it 35-24 in favor of the Maroon.
Shelby Walsh hit a three for the Dragons with 15:10 left.
Jena Klaphake answered for the Mainstreeters to make it 37-27.
With 11 minutes left in the game, the Mainstreeters widened their lead to 43-28.

The Sauk Centre defense is wreaking havoc on the Dragons, leading to multiple steals and ensuing fast break points. Going 9 deep on the bench isn't hurting either!
