Whew! Mainstreeters girls' basketball throttles Willmar
At Willmar, where it's always tough to play, the Mainstreeters girls' basketball team buried the host Cardinals 74-44 behind an incredible display of offense by the Sauk Centre crew.
The Cardinals were only 11-12 overall coming into the contest but play in a very tough Central Lakes Conference made up of mostly Class 4A and 3A schools.
Sauk Centre's girls' basketball team (20-4 overall) has now won 20 or more games in each of the last six seasons.
