Wet field conditions at the Sauk Centre high school grounds caused the Mainstreeters' fastpitch team's home game against Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa to be scrubbed.
Up next for the Mainstreeters' fastpitch team: a Tuesday game (May 4) at home against Milaca in a West Central North Conference matchup. Milaca is 6-5 overall, having lost their past three games, including a 4-3 loss to Melrose on April 27 which was the Dutchmen's first win of the year. After starting the season 3-0 in the conference, the Wolves have dropped seven straight West Central North games.
Still on for Saturday (May 1) is the Benson boys golf invitational, where the Mainstreeters will compete at beginning at 8:30am.
