State Tournament t-shirts commemorating the Streeter girls will go on sale Monday afternoon at the school for $7 each (t-shirts at the tourney will run you $18).
Also, there will be a send off in the gym lobby at 1 p.m. Wednesday and the girls will leave at 1:30 p.m. A fan bus sponsored by the school will leave at 4:30 p.m.. You must sign up in the Activities Office. Cost is $10 per person and elementary aged kids must be accompanied by an adult.
An adult fan bus is also being sponsored by First State Bank. Details to come on that one.
I also received a text about MN National Bank sponsoring a family bus. More details to come on that one as well.
A slew of parents and fans were at the Activities office early Saturday morning in line for tickets. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for students. They will also be on sale Monday and Wednesday.
The Streeters will play Pipestone Wednesday at 8 p.m. at Williams Arena. If they win they advance to the semifinals Friday at 8 p.m. at the Target Center.
